Cancellation Policy

NAIL SOCIETY HNL POLICIES (Anechia) By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies of Nail Society HNL. ⸻ BOOKING & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled one time only if notice is given prior to the 48-hour window. After one transfer, a new deposit will be required. All remaining balances are due at the end of each appointment. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in being banned from future bookings. ⸻ LATE POLICY Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A $20 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and their deposit forfeited. Arriving late may result in modifications to your service, including changes to design, length, or structure to stay on schedule. ⸻ SERVICE POLICIES All services are performed using gel products only. Traditional nail polish is not offered. Base services include one (1) gel polish color. Additional colors, nail art, or designs must be selected at the time of booking. All necessary add-ons (including soak-off/removal) must be booked in advance. Failure to do so may result in modification or refusal of service due to time constraints. Services cannot be removed or downgraded at the time of appointment. By booking, you agree to pay for the full scheduled service. Nail art and designs are subject to time availability and punctuality of the appointment. ⸻ FOREIGN / OUTSIDE WORK POLICY I do not perform fills over work done by other nail technicians. All foreign sets must be fully removed prior to a new set being applied. This ensures proper structure, product compatibility, and allows me to maintain the quality and longevity of my work. I cannot guarantee results over another technician’s work. Any issues or complications resulting from previous services must be resolved through removal before a new set is performed. I am not responsible for pre-existing nail conditions or prior work. ⸻ REPAIRS / WARRANTY POLICY All services include a 7-day warranty covering lifting, popping, or structural issues related to the original service performed. Within this 7-day period, repairs are complimentary for work performed by me only, provided the issue is due to application or product-related concerns. This warranty does not cover damage caused by trauma, misuse, or accidental damage (including but not limited to burning, cutting, picking, or impact-related breakage), nor does it cover failure to follow aftercare instructions, natural nail growth, normal wear, or foreign sets. Clients must contact me within the warranty period and provide clear photos of any concerns to be eligible for a repair. After 7 days, all repairs are considered a paid service. ⸻ HEALTH, SAFETY & SALON ETIQUETTE For the safety of all clients, services will not be performed on individuals with open wounds, active fungal infections, or visible lesions on the nails or surrounding skin. Clients must maintain a respectful and safe environment at all times. No extra guests or children are allowed in the salon. Clients must arrive alone unless otherwise approved. Vaping, smoking, or use of any devices is not permitted inside the salon. Clients under the influence or unable to complete their appointment safely may be refused service. Photos and videos may be taken for marketing and social media unless requested otherwise at booking. ⸻ PAYMENTS, PRICING & FEES All services are subject to Hawaii state tax, which will be added to the total service cost. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. Services will not be released until full payment is completed. Accepted Payment Methods: * Card payments through booking system * Cash (exact change only) No other payment methods are accepted. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, clients will always be charged the price agreed upon at the time of booking. Promotions, discounts, or special offers must be communicated at the time of booking or before the service begins. Discounts will be applied at the end of the appointment and cannot be added after services are completed if not previously disclosed. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Clients paying in cash must provide exact change, as change may not always be available. Policies may change at any time.
